I am happy to keep the site up to date along with Isobel Joce (947).
However, I think the issue is content. therefore, I am propose the following as we current only have one Committee member for the class : 1) Each Committee member or volunteer should have the 'responsibility' for keeping a particular section of the site updated. For example, when reports of events are written by the Publicity Officer a copy should be sent to myself (and/or Isobel) so that the site is updated. Using this method, a structure is maintained, I will know who to expect updates from and everybody will know which part of the web site they have to do things for.
2) The first task for updating the web site is to look at each section and see whether the information in it relevant and update it.
2a) The second task would be to add Sections that members and/or the Committee think would be useful (perhaps using examples from the ISO and other good examples of sites). For example, instructions on how to re-do the trapeze hook assembly (you described this in the on-shore teaching session on Sunday of the Chew Valley Training Event).
