Hi All
The wilsonian winter series starts at the begining of november and i am trying to get a group of iso's together to attend and enjoy 9 weeks of sailing and learning. I will we attending and as an incentive to you all to make the effort i would personally be very happy to help you with you sailing every weekend wether it be tunning your boat or if your struggling in any areas.
Please make the effort to attend if you live only an hours drive away which includes around 20 iso's or so . We could all have a great 9 weeks sailing wwith a little effort by all

Hi all, yes I'm the one from IOSSC,news does travel fast.
I've just sorted my crew for the series, so I will be bringing 568 back to Wilsonians for the winter.
Being the only Buzz in my club and very new to the boat I'm looking forward to sailing with you all.
See you all soon.

Hi All,
568 is looking to do some of these, does anyone know if we can leave the boat there and if so whats it likely to cost?

Cheers

Alex & Ceilidh

Hi Alex, did you mistype that sail number or have you cloned my Buzz lol? I thought I had 568.
Anyone know who we see about parking and if we can get in Sat to rig up?
I did mail them but no reply so far.

Hi Tony,

More like the bigger sibling...ours is ISO 568!

To echo tonys comments do we need to prebook a boat space or can it all be sorted on the day?

Answers to your questions . . .

If you want to bring your boat along before the series then contact me at bailey.stu@btinternet.com and we can arange for access to the club.
Your entry fee does include parking up to New Years Day when there is another open event, the 'Chilly Willies' New Years Day race.
Parking is based on a 'find your own spot' method, this will become easier week by week when some members remove their boats for the winter.

If you require anymore info then just ask.

See you there!!

According to the roster at work, I am off and therefore available to sail on the 23rd November. So with this in mind, 1013 should be attending on that day.

Anybody else (besides Neil) who is coming to play on that day?

Pete

The Wilsonians Winter Series has now finished and i'm pleased to say that a Buzz won the Medium Handicap Fleet!!

An interesting series with generally either lots of wind or not enough!!! Still very enjoyable though despite having a little mishap on one of the weekends, fortunately our Spice hull with Buzz rig enabled us to complete the series.
