Second hand Iso's seem to be selling like hot cakes at the moment. Do we think?
Is it due to a dowturn in the economy?
Is it the fact they have just reached a price that is to good to ignore?
Is it the fact that the new sails make it look up to date?
Is it because the european market is snapping up all the old boats?

what ever the reason it is good in the short term , but with nobody buying new ones , long term i see an issue with the class! The class does have a lot going for it and i know a lot is going on behind the scenes at the moment , well done the committee , i would like the class to grow again as i believe it has a lot going for it, price , affordability , durability , heavy crews can sail it so on and so on.So who is going to buy a new one and start the new era of the iso.
Anybody else any views on this?

Neil

Being good for heavy crews must be a plus point with the nations ever expanding waistlines!

So Lloyd and johnny's boat have also gone to italy now. We now have no good boats left in the country other than mine. We need to start making lots of new boats asap

You'd better start the trend then and get your order in asap!! Somebody else can then benefit from your particularly good ISO!!

I'm sure there are plenty of very good ISO's still on the water, it's just that their owners like them so much they don't want to part with them, i've certainly seen a few this year.

See you Sunday, hopefully some wind will arrive this week!!
