Hi all,

I'm now in the process of replacing the packing in the slot. As above does anyone know the length of the slot (front to back, or how long do the strips need to be taking into account the curve?!) I cant measure ours as shes currently at medway!

Im probably going to replace with the furry white strips, but which is best....

or the ovington stuff?

I cant find any on w&w so im assuming its not a one class fitting (ie can source from anywhere)

Is there anything else people use on their Isos?

Cheers

Neither - We use the furry side of Velcro with double sided foam tape to fix it to the boat. All available from your local stationer for not a lot - not the boat shop.

It's been there for 2 years in all weathers and doesn't show any sign of coming off soon. Vibration = nil.

MUCH better that the mega expensive "real" stuff - whatever it is.

Cheers
