What is the best way to combat space frame corrosion? At the minute ours (grey one) is at the paint flaking off stage so i would like to sort it now before it gets worse!
Im thinking along the lines of sanding back and repainting but have no idea as to what paint to use or if there is a better method! Will hammerite work?

Hi Alex,
There are special aluminium paints, since normal paints wil not hold. On top of these you can choose your own finish e.g. hammerite. Be aware that you cannot use an other paint on top of hammerite. Hammerite does have special paints for non ferro applications. I presonally would sand down the old paint otherwise the corrosion will continue.
