Up to 8 local boats are expected plus visitors.Committee Boat start-upwind/downwind courses-4 races;3 to count.Entry includes food on Sat night and free disco.Registration on 9 May 9.30.a.m to 11.00.a.m.First warning signal Sat 12.30.Post Code SS9 2EP
Travel towards Southend.If on A127 turn right at Rayleigh Weir onto A129. Join A13 at next proper roundabout turning left. Go through Hadleigh one way system past open land on right.Turn right at traffic lights onto Thames Drive, straight on at next lights down the hill past the railway station turning right at second mini roundabout onto Belton Gardens parallel to foreshore then right over railway bridge into Old Leigh. Go past all the pubs to the turning circle at the end of the High Street and on your right is Bell Wharf where dinghies trailers and cars can be parked free on both days.Club is the grey minesweeper .Try The Trinity Hotel.co.uk Westcliff for B & B run byClub Member Alan Martin.01702-342282-which is 25 min walk.Only camping is long way away.
