Just had my password re-set so and am in 'posting' mode.

Jane and Mark will be at Weymouth (wish we had known earlier about the early bird saving) - what other Buzzes plan to be there?? It's a great venue and you'll be able to say you have sailing in the Olympic waters. . .

Let's whip up some enthusiasm or the season will be over (OK I know we have yet to attend an event but have had genuine reasons as I know others have too). It doesn't matter if you have never been to an open we would love to see you (useful tips on the ISO website for those asttending their first event).

Happy sailing Jane

OK - so - I was going to be away on business and had no crew.

BUT - business trip off and found a crew

So - 814 Cousin Trestec will be there - with Rob & Barry as well

Who else is up for the challenge ??

Modest winds - so easily suit beginners / the not so confident

Come on down

Bob

Hi All,

We've just entered on-line,

Online entry via - http://www.wpnsa.org.uk/calendar.htm

There is a late entry fee if you enter on Saturday!! There is a list of who has entered on the website, but this is updated manually so probably more entries than shown.

You can stay at the club in campers, there is a charge for this though which can be paid at the office, or online before the weekend, cost is £5 per person per night.

See you at the weekend

Well those of us that went were rewarded with another great weekend's
sailing at WPNSA.

Saturday was just a tad of a challenge for all sailors in all fleets,
many of whom called it a day and came ashore in the heavy winds and s
hort chop. Hats off to Mike and Josh Preater for staying the course an
d at least finishing under 2 sails.

Sunday - just as much of a challenge - but with light winds. Good com
petitive sailing amongst ISOs and Buzzs.

Roll on Calshot. Who's coming ??

Bob

Yep - good event, though again a disapointing show. It would be useful to know why peole aren't attending so please do post a note and if there is anything the Class Association can do to make events more attractive please let us know.

Well done particularly to Mike and Josh, both for coming second and for braving the elements on Sat - it was not easy in the considerable chop (what did Bob say about easy winds suitable for beginners!)!

See you all soon.
Jane
