We had a new top cover around 4 years ago, and it's still going strong. When I'm next at the boat, I'll check for the maker. The only criticism we had was that the slot for the mainsheet hoop was not wide enough, so that needs adjusting. To get round the problem, we bought a boat with transom sheeting instead |

Hi. The cover that my esteemed pork pie eating friend has in mind was from Pinnell and Bax. They do two versions, one plastic, the other breathable fabric. This is the fabric one: only disadvantage is that the birds**t is more difficult to remove. (For some reason we get gulls perching on both sets of spreaders, then something must frighten them a bit.....) |

You could always fit the spreaders with some anti perching spikes. It'll stop the gulls sh1ting on the cover mind you might whistle a bit on the plane. |

Might cost you more though as you would have to ensure you tape the spikes up before you go afloat! |

Now Pete, that would spoil all the sound effects - ripping Mylar - skewered Gulls - and the shril whistle as the wind blows through them. |

We had a top cover from speed sails couple of years ago. We did all the measurements and it fits well. They might stilll have the pattern if you contact them. |
