Does anyone know if the Inlands are going to take place at King George reservoir on the 15/16th Oct? I haven't heard if the club is re-opened yet. If it is to be sailed at Datchet will it still be the same date as Graham has booked a flight down from Durham? We are planing to go even though it seems a long way off now. |

Good question Lloyd - though a bit painful to answer !!
It is looking less and less likely that we will be able to get back to KGSC before October and more like November or even January. Our return was supposed to have been May at the latest then it drifted to June ...... July ..... September..... Nice to have a definite maybe from the builders !!
As yet we have no definite Inlands venue - but I'm hoping that Datchet will be able to accomodate us even at this late stage. Steve and I are on the case and will advise asap.
All I can advise at present is to keep watching this space.
Cheers

Why not have the inlands at Glossop?
I am sure that the Glossop Dam is or will be repaired by then. The event has been postponed from April to September anyway.
Get in touch with Graham Shaw. |

It looks like the Inlands will be at Datchet as KG is still closed. Dates will be announced soon. |
