How do we go about claiming our RWO prizes? I managed to win a couple in the Iso pro-am this year and I'd like to get a few new bits for the boat, presumably I'm not alone in this. |

I believe you received a catalogue and possibly a price list with your voucher(s)?
You need to note the catalogue number of the item, look it up on the price list and find it's value. Then you use the voucher as part payment of the item(s) you require. There is no cash refund. Therefore if an Item is worth £19 and you have a £25 voucher, you will not receive £6 change.
If the total is £35 and you have a £25 voucher, you need to write a cheque for £10 payable to RWO Marine Ltd and put it in and envelope along with the voucher and a note detailing your address, contact number / details, and the item(s) you are requesting.
You ARE allowed to add your vouchers together.
Send to RWO Marine Equipment Ltd, Church Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 4QW
Any problems, please speak to Sandy Phillips at RWO Marine on 01268 566666.

Pete,
Is the price we take including or excluding VAT?
I am sure I asked this question to Sandy but can't remeber what she said. Just doing my order now so a prompt reply would be appreciated.

Sandy says they're ex-VAT and the November 2004 price list is good until 9 January 2006 |
