Hi,
on the italian branch of this web you'll find the information on "Circuito Alpino Skiff" (Go to the Events page, or simply go to http://www.isoracing.it/results/CAS_2006.php). All informations are in Italian, but if anybody is interested in coming to Italy and would like to attend (maybe interested in the prize, wich you can see at http://www.isoracing.it/results/Premio2006.jpg), please let me know and I'll translate the information
bye

Hi Marco - or should I say Mr President

This is seriously excellent stuff !! An Italian circuit - YES !!!

The gist of the link ( if my Italian is even barely passable ) is that Marco, Paolo and Simone have put together an Italian circuit going from July through to October at various lakes - presume they're all Italian ones.

Brilliant work guys. Would really like to come and join in - just needs enough holiday time - and the money.

Bob

Hi Bob, your italian is improving, but let me apply a couple of corrections:
there will be at least two circuits going on for asymmetric, one on North-italy lakes (CIRCUITO ALPINO), including one race in switzerland (16th august), the other one (PIST Cup in South Italy).
I do not expect people leaving from UK with the boat to attend our events, (maybe someone would like to take a trip from La rochelle...)
If someone would like to come from abroad, consider that on August 14th,15th and 16th we will run 3 races in two different locations, 30 km apart one from the other (none of them should be too windy at that time of the year).
If someone would like to attend to any of those events without a boat, let me know in advance... there may be a boat available or someone looking for a crew.

bye

The Pist organizer swore that PIST stands for:
"Piazzetta Italia Sailing Team", but the name of his boat is
"jus ' chillin" and his logo a pint...
I leave it up to you for interpretation...
