ISO 844 for sale. Little used. Training sails, Racing sails (exc condition), 3 kites, spare rudder & dagger boards. Over & under covers. Galvanised combi trailer. All vg condition.
Me and wife getting too old (mid 50's) to fly this and have now got a picnic boat, don't laugh, a Skipper 14.
Anyway ISO 844 presently under my carport in Leyland, Lancashire.
Price £ 1500 ono.

could you please post some pictures, and highlight good and bad points to your ISO. I am in cambridge and wouldnt want a wasted journey.

Hello Ian
send me your e-mail address and I'll send some photos to you. It will take a week or so as I don't have a digital camera and will have to wait for my daughter to return from her hols so she can digitise some of my pics of ISO 844 and take a few more.
There is a little bit of crazing to the gel coat around the dagger board slot. The jib training sail has heavy creases / wear (no rips) near to were the jib sheets attach. The racing sails are near mint (I've only used them once).
I've always used the under cover when trailing the boat.
I've owned the boat for 9 years and probably sailed it a maximum of 6 times a year, and none for the last 2 years, hence it's up for sale.
I live in Leyland, 300 yards from J28 of the M6.

Hi, your ISO is it always for sale?
I'm really interested by this one and I need one quickly.
Is it possible to know the condition and the number of all the elements (rudder, centre board, hull, halyards, sails...), and some photos also please?

Iso 844 has now been sold.
The new owner, Alexs Shaw, assures me that it is going to a very good home where it will be sailed in all weathers as his crew (his girlfriend) loves swimming !
I'm going to miss the boat, but my wife says she's too old to be jumping about at the front pulling all those strings while I politely ask her to get out (and in ) a little bit faster.
At 55 years old I'm now going to have to play with the VFR 750 a bit more.
But sailing's great, and I still have the Skipper 14.
