Recently bought Spice 324 with a creased mast. This bend is low down and would have happened if that freak gust hit just as it was unstepped. You must have experienced that wobble yourself unless you have arms like a gorilla! Anyway reading in this forum that Spice mast was a sealed unit with external main hallyard, my bent mast is open with internal hallyard and external dimensions of approx 55mm x 76mm.
Do I have the correct mast or not?
Anyone out there with an identical but terminally bent mast that they would be willing to cut and sell me a 1m section out of?

It may be that you have an ISO mast rigged with twin trapeze, all Spice masts were rigged with external halyards like the Buzz.
If you email me a couple of photo's of the mast, particularly the jib halyard at the upper end of the mast and foot, to buzzclass@btinternet.com
