Hi,

Its good hear that this event is also now confirmed. The reason the Buzz web site is not updated is that I was not aware until reading this Message Post.

I am now wondering whether I have all the Buzz events on the Buzz site? Who can keep me informed?

Not sure I can make it, but will try hard to come and defend the Cup! Hope to see a larger fleet this year!

Got a reasonable deal on the ferry so I thought I'd pass on the details...

The booking is with LD Lines http://www.ldlines.co.uk/ from Newhaven to Le Havre - this works out as probably the best compromise for me in terms of cost/distance to drive and ferry times

Outward : Sun 22nd July at 1230 (ETA 1830 in France)

Return : Tues 31st July at 2000 (ETA 2359 en Engleterre)

Total cost for car + trailer + 2 adults is £224.50 (return).

There is a return sailing on Sunday if you wanted to get back earlier - we thought we stay and mooch about for a couple of days after the sailing has finished. It's a bit more cash if you want to come back on Sunday - works out as £250 total for car + trailer + 2 adults (return).

Not sure how much everyone paid last year but it's only 20 quid more expensive than the Dover/Calais trip so I think it's a reasonably good deal.

Attention all Buzzes!!

Who else is going to La Rochelle apart from Stu & Zoe?

We're double stacking with Candice & Bryan (Buzz 590)and hope to see at least 15 Buzzes there having just had such a great turn out at Chew. It's a great holiday with opportunities for fantastic sailing, a good sun tan, great socials and generally a real good time!

I still don't know if I'll be able to come this year... even if I'd love to!
Keep the list updated, increasing numbers might help my decision (if I get a chance!)

Isn't it a condition of winning that the defending Champ has to come along the next year

Hope to see you there Paolo
