Hi All

I would be grateful for any information - as detailed as possible - to be e-mailed to me about any problems anyone may have had / be having in getting hold of ISO spares / new parts.

- carbon boom
- sails
- spars
- quality issues
- delivery / lead times
- anything else ?

I would like to know the horror stories - via e-mail please - but I would also like to hear the good news too.

Look forward to hearing from a whole raft of people - to help your Class Committee help you.

Cheers

Bob

Dear Bob,

Following an earlier thread about twisted jib halyards, I ordered a new one from Wet&Windy on 3rd Aug and it appeared on the 4th ! A fantastic service. I have now used Wet&Windy on three or four occaisions and the delivery has always been very prompt - top marks

No horror stories yet ( touch wood ) !!!!

Regards

When I rang Wet and Windy about a caron boom, Andy said that he hadnt recieved any but would talk to Topper. He kindly did this, but there was no information forthcoming. I decided to go with the old boom, to get up and running asap.

W&W dispatched in double speed and objective was achieved - sailing by Wednesday following Saturday incident.
