So who is coming or rather going to Weymouth? It is a bit of a trek for us but worth it if everybody else is going to be there. Be nice to race against double figure fleet this year at an open. Its going to be hot and a good sea breeze assured, so whats your excuse

On A serious note Pete any chance of us starting first to keep the 2 fleets apart. It is really annoying having to battle thru the slow 4k boats on the 2nd lap onwards. Surely they would prefer it as well if we all didnt get tangled up, Other than that the 2 fleets work well together i think. |

Sorry for my absence so far. Anyway we have finally got the boat wet again so Ali and I will be going to Weymouth.
This is WPNSA'a regatta so there will be 2 courses in operation and quite a few classes. i think we will be on the same course as Buzz, L4k, I14 and Moths. (The other course will be boats s.a. yawl, wanderer). So there is going to be a lot of intermingling and getting to know other classes.
Tbh Neil, for this one i think that there will be so much tangling up that it is not worth trying to change the order. Maybe next time.
The NoR and entry form are here:- http://www.wpnsa.org.uk/calendar.htm In fact please go ahead and enter if you can.

I MAY need a crew for Weymouth - still going though as I've booked the weekend off work!
The may is dependant upon if we can get Annie's Byte down to Weymouth as well as the ISO, if yes then crew required, else, crew sorted.

I'm looking for one myself Ian. Preferably we could find two crews else failing all that we lose one ISO on the start line and we team up again? The annoying thing is it looks like a moderate to fresh event this weekend according to onlineweather.com and I would like to steer and put right my wrongs at Datchet. |

Agree it would better to get two boats there but I wouldn't mind crewing. We are both FB's now so neither of s could use wings so it wouldn't really matter who helmed/crewed!
Anyway, lets wait and see who is available.
