A jib furler.
We don't recommend the use of such a device due to it damaging the battens on the jibs (popping them off of the sails). A furler is not illegal though.

I just installed a furler... especially in strong wind it is much more comfortable without a flapping jib. And flapping jibs dont live long.... I thought. My tasar had one and I liked it very much. Probably controlling the max rol of the furlers so it lease the last piece of the jib (with the battens) unrolled... |
