Hi all...just for anyones information the Weston Sailing Club annual Grand Slam is coming up soon and for anyone who's never done it should add it to there dinghy sailing CV.

Its over the weekend (and the sailing is in the afternoon - yippee!!) of Easter starting on friday 9th of April with race one at 13.00...enough time to rig and cure the hangover. There are 2 races a day with a pursuit race on the Monday for all those who can still physically get out of bed - I apologise for anyone's aches and pains for the Hoo Freezer.

All in all its a great weekend of hard racing in an asymetric fleet of about 70 boats (200 of all varieties including those things which need 2 hulls) and it costs £35.

If your interested the clubs website (http://www.weston.org.uk) has more info, otherwise drop me an email. Hope to maybe see some of you there.
