Hi all
You'll have seen the Notice of Race and entry form on the website and there are numbers out there who've said they will be coming. You'll note that we've sorted it out so you can pay in Sterling or Euros to avoid some of the issues we encountered last year.
For entries coming from outside the sterling area please send them to me with a cheque made payable to Fraglia Vela Malcesine in Euro.
To aid planning here in UK and for our hosts I'm looking to get entries in urgently so I can keep them posted on progress.
Please complete the entry form and send it off to me as soon as you find time.
Finally there is a late entry surcharge this year so save some money for beer by paying and entering early.

Well I have just bought the ferry tickets - £180 for 2 people, a car and a double stacker with Alternative Promotion so over to you Tim to Pay the Entry?
I have already registed on the club website - I assume we still have to do this too? |

Very brief update here;
Discounted pre entry deadline is 15th July for the Garda entries to be with Ian Keam-George. I noticed that the entry form doesn't have his postal address on it but just drop him an email and he'll send it to you. Not sure if he would like his home address stickin on this email due to all the screaming Grannies wanting his body! (The N.O.R. has his address on it though (included in the zip file).)
Anyway, £115 before the 15th, £140 thereafter.
Free Pasta and beer available at the club house after each days racing.
Ferry for 2 people a car and a double stacker, Dover-Calais 22:00 Friday night, came to £180 with Alternative Promotions.

Boat yard talk is of around 19 GBR entries. Last year was 16 I think plus 2 FRA, 1 ITA.
See you there or on the ferry or both! (We are in a convoy of 3 for the 22:00 ferry Dover Calais the Friday before if you want to join in).

This goes for Buzzes too. Notice of race and entry form is the same so if you havn't entered get it off the ISO website from Pete's link above and send it in - and also fill in the entry on the fragliavela website.
I think we are on the 11.00 on Friday night Pete although from experience you just go on the next ferry when you turn up so may still meet up on the ferry!
