Do I feel the sense of distress???

It is a french solution. They always find another way. I have a certain respect. It's a question of handicap penalties. The picture is shot at the French Open Skiff Meeting last year (www.yder.com), they finished on position 16 (http://www.breizhskiff.com/regate/index.php?annee=2007). Maybe nobody took care. Seems the Helm changed to 29er meanwhile (http://www.breizhskiff.com/skiffeurs/index.php?id_forum=2130). A very active skiff scene.
