Patek Philippe Aquanaut’s first annual calendar: Aquanaut Luce 5261R-
001 with blue-gray dial
PATEK PHILIPPE launched the Aquanaut Luce 5261R-001 annual calendar w
atch, which is also the first annual calendar watch in the Aquanaut se
ries. The 39.9mm rose gold case is paired with a blue-gray dial and a
composite material strap with the Aquanaut pattern in the same tone. I
t is equipped with a new 26-330 S QA LU self-winding movement. Althoug
h the current official tone of the brand is the women's watch series w
ith complex functions, just like last year's Aquanaut Luce Rainbow Cir
cle, the case size is actually quite neutral, and I believe it will al
so suit the wrists of male collectors.

The Aquanaut timepiece was launched in 1997, and Patek Philippe launc
hed the Aquanaut Luce timepiece women's watch series in 2004. The new
Aquanaut Luce "Modern Leisurely Fashion" timepiece is made of rose gol
d to showcase the representative case and bezel design of Aquanaut tim
epieces. The surface and strap are elegantly colored in blue-gray, add
ing to the "leisurely elegant" style of the entire watch.
Such an elegant tone was used in the Ref. 5067A-025 Aquanaut Luce sta
inless steel watch from 2018 to 2019, and it is very popular among wom
en. The surface of the new watch is decorated with Aquanaut embossed p
atterns, with rose gold three-dimensional Arabic numerals and baton-st
yle hands, both of which are coated with luminous coating to ensure cl
ear reading. The composite strap is molded in one piece and embellishe
d with the Aquanaut pattern to echo the surface. The strap is comforta
ble to wear and offers excellent resistance to pulling, abrasion, salt
water and UV rays. With Patek Philippe's patented folding buckle, it
is fixed by four independent buckle claws.
