Declan, if you don't get a ride, would you be up for camcorder work? If so I'll bring my kit.

Pete,
Thanks for the offer but if I don't get a ride I'll stay at home and go to Michael Flattely's wedding at our local Church on Saturday.
Have a good weekend

Have you any tips Declan, on getting below 78kgs - never mind getting down to 76kg!? I've had to have a hair cut to help get down closer to 78! The wind will be a take the wings off, but it would be nice to have the option. |

I spent ages last winter trying to get under 78kg and never managed it (did loads of running/gym etc) but I got a stomach bug while on my summer hols and ended up at 76kg within a week. My advice would be - don't wash your hands after visiting the loo and ask all your friends, family and work colleagues to do the same. |
