i would juts like to know if telescopic tiller extentions are ok on buzz's. Also how long do you think it would have to be if i was out by myself (single handed) i know you cant race single handed but just to play round on. |

Certainly are and are class legal. I used to use one all the time on the Buzz and now have a carbon telescopic one on the ISO.
I don't know what sizes they come in but I just have one that is as long as the original. It can then be used up to twice the orginal length.
It also very useful when removing weed in races. Just extend the tiller, hand it to crew out on the wire and hang over the back to pull out the weed

That technique seems to be fast as well doesn't Ian? I use a telescopic extension to sail the ISO singlehanded, just you need quite a long one or else you end up with a interesting postion on the wire.... |
