I stopped in my VW Passion Wagon.

Others stopped in the club house.

Anybody else have any accomodation details they would like to share?

Sofas in clubhouse aren't too bad! The floor looked a bit sticky and very hard..

Floor looked smelly with Farter and Chunder both farting.

We went more up market and stayed at The Orchard House B&B - top of the list on the CVSC website. Very comfortable, clean and a great breakfast 'en famille'!

Walking distance from the clubhouse (warning: you need a torch to navigate Chris Crabb's shortcut!)and staggering distance from the pub when the club run out of beer....

Highly recommended (£54 a room)

Zoe and I also stayed at Orchard House following Penny's recommendation and quite agree that it was very good indeed!!

There is of course one problem, now we've let everyone know we'll have to book really early next time!!

We stopped at 'the hollies' which was the cheapest B&B i could find at £40 a night inc full english!!!, great place only problem is it was a 10 min drive to pensford!
Which unfortunatley cut our night on the 6X short!
But if your looking for value, this was good, only recommennded if you dont mind a drive and dont drink!!! (which by the sounds of it, is drinking is an essential part of "apres sail"?!!)
thinking of spending the extra £ to get a litle closer next time!

You're right Graham, Pete shouldn't be writing things like that, it's not what I want to hear!

Aw Pete, i didn't mean u had to delete it! it's just that it kinda contradicted itself what u said!

So Annie, are we to see you at most iso events this year? It sounds like you could keep Pete in order for us

One more thing on Chew Valley for anyone in the future - bad eggs! Stick to the Bacon rolls as they like to cook the eggs in a pool of oil.
