Hi All,
The Buzz events for 2011 have been posted on the events page. Most are confirmed, a couple haven't yet.
Any comments on the events are welcome, if you have any other regattas you would like added then let me know.
If you are new to events and need any advise or further details then feel free to ask either via the messageboard or email me, buzzclass@btinternet.com

Hi All, Not sure if the message has reached you yet as we have been coordinating the Isle Of Sheppey Open Event with Colin Snook from ISO's, but we have had to regretfully postpone the event planned for the 9th & 10th April.
Some of you maybe aware that last year we won a lottery award to refurbish the showers and toilets to adapt them for disabled sailors.
As you can expect that's not the end of the process, a number of steps need to be taken to ensure the money is in accordance to the Lottery regulations and that the local Council are happy. This process has taken a lot longer than we had expected and we are still waiting for the green light to start work.
The decision to postpone was not taken lightly, but we could not run the risk of you guys coming to a building site with no hot showers and leaving us with a bad impression. On a personal note I was really looking forward to racing with you all. Our Rear Commodore Sailing, Lee Marriott has offered alternative dates and it would be great if you join us later in the year.
Apologies once again.

Thanks for the update Tony.
We will most likely organise an event for late October/ November when we'll be able to see and test your newly refurbished club!!
