Is anyone coming to Calshot? 1st/2nd Sept.
It is always good fun... Camping, BBQ, Great place to sail

Hi Colin,
I forgot this was also a Buzz event, Zoe and I will hopefully be along with our Buzz, any other Buzzes?
If no other Buzzes are coming we will use our ISO.

Apparently we will have 2 Calshot Buzzes out.
And 6 ISOs - The 3 from Calshot + Rob Howlett, John Gill and Neil Ashby (maybe!)
This is what Dave has just put up on the ISO forum...
Hi Every One
Calshot is fast approaching, as usual we are booking in the big winds, but I think that they will not happen this year.
I have been away on holiday and now our sailing secretary is away, so I will do my best to let you know what is going to happen.
This year we want to scare the Buzz's, so they are welcome as well.
First Race not before 11.30.
3 races, 4 if the wind is kind, on Sat.
Sun, first race not before 12.00. 3 or 4 races.
Entry fee £15.00 / boat
Camping out side the Club, bring strong tent pegs. £6.00 per person.
Hiding in the Club house, is only allowed after your tent has blown away and has become a hazard to shipping.
BBQ on Sat pm, bring all you can eat and drink,
BBQ breakfast as above.
There will be 3 ISO's from Calshot, pluss Rob, Jon,and we hope Neil.
There will be 2 Buzz's from Calshot and Stuart.
So who wants to come and show the Euro Champions from both classes how to do it ?

Zoe and I will definately be along with our Buzz.
As camping is allowed on site I presume camper vans are also allowed, less likely to become a shipping hazard!!

Just got home from Calshot, a great weekend of racing!!
Thanks to Dave and all from the club who helped run the weekend.
See you in a couple of weeks at the Nationals.
