I have a Super Spars rig tension gauge in front of me, which has a table of values as shown below;
20 - 91kgs (200lbs) 22 - 109kgs (240lbs) 24 - 123kgs (270lbs) 26 - 136kgs (300lbs)
This should be measured on the jib luff wire on the Buzz. As Roger has mentioned already, 25 is ideal, we tend to use 23 to 25, so 260lbs to 285lbs should be fine.
By the way, with the tension set the mast rake should be about 7180mm to 7250mm ideally. This being measured by a tape measure hoisted to the top of the mast by the main halyard, the measurement is taken to the underneath of the hull one side of the rudder post.
